Paws for Reflection...

Motor is always doing hilarious things with his paws, especially while he's sleeping. Case in point:

Thinking makes my head hurt.

I have a question.

The cutest, though, wasn't anything he did with *his* paws. It was when he fell asleep on Luna's paws!

Snuggle in, Big Mama.

Motor all grown up...

Saw this picture in an email forward and realized it's Motor as he is now and as he will be all grown up:

Mini Motor and big Motor.
I'll post this picture of him as a kitten, then, and compare it to one year from now when he's all grown up:

Mew!

Foster Flashback: Fat Tina

This is Fat Tina - or was, when she was living with us:
Hey, world! I'm Fat Tina!

She wasn't technically fat, she was just bigger-boned than her sister Brittany. Anyway, like all puppies, she spent a lot of time racing around like a nutcase and then crashing out in a hard-core nap:

So tiring being this darn cute...
But her favorite place to sleep was at the bottom of this bookshelf that sits in our kitchen:

The perfect size shelf for a sleepy pup.
Today, Fat Tina lives with a great family in Tennessee. Here is what she looks like now (i.e., not fat):
What a pretty girl.
She turned out to be a real beauty. Miss you, Fat Tina (aka Ally)!

Rainy Day

Sometimes it's hard to find that patch of sunlight. Here's a pic from a sunnier day:

Foster Flashback: Eddie

Eddie came to us after being displaced by the April tornadoes. Before him, I'd never had any experience with Great Pyrenees. Turns out they are very mellow:
I'm a sleepy bear.
And they like to snuggle:
Mwa!
 But mostly they're just mellow:
Zzzz.
As much as I loved having him around - mostly because our two shepherds are only snuggly under duress - he ended up going to a perfect home. Here he is fulfilling his Great Pyrenees destiny, watching over his own tiny goat herd:
"You are safe with me, goats."
 Miss ya, Eddie!
